* Yes, I do not mind at all. Please credit me with the original creation though by either placing a link to my site or by mentioning where you downloaded the oringinal.
Can I modify or clone your meshes?
*Yes to the ones that come with Sims 3, but please do not modify or clone any meshes that have been created exclusively by Athena Sims.
Can I upload or redistribute your files on other sites?
*Please do! Please credit me or link to this site. Any future donation only items are exclusively for this site and not to be shared.
Are your downloads free?
*Yes! In the future there will be items available by donation only, but as of now all items are free. However, I do appreciate any donations. :) It does cost money to maintain this site.

How do I install your creations to my game?
*After you download the file, use WINRAR to extract the files to your desktop. Double click on the .exe and Sims 3 Download Manager will do the rest!
